The History of Scottish Panto

An exhibition which covers all aspects of Scottish pantomime, from its Victorian origins up to the present day. Adrienne Scullion, who holds the James Arnott Chair of Drama of the University of Glasgow, says: “This exhibition is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate Scotland’s favourite kind of theatre. Pantomime has a special place in the lives of Scottish audiences and this exhibition is a great way for us to acknowledge the significance of pantomime in Scotland, and its contribution to cultural life.”
